My name is Thomas Reitsma. I was born on the fourth of August, 1989.. I live near Amsterdam, Holland. I'll skip the part where I had a high pitched voice and trouble keeping my pants dry and move on to 1999 when I ten years old and saw the video for "Lunchbox" on tv.. I immediately fell in love with Manson and that never got old.

I always listened to a lot of music, rock music at first but for the most part I soon switched to hard electronic music. It's what my country is famous for.. In fact I like a lot of different music, just not much of a radio person.. Don't like listening to the lousy fucking pop-culture's tendency to turn everything into shit..

I'm still a huge fan of Manson, I ended up buying some of his albums multiple times. I bought Antichrist superstar 4 times because I had lost or destroyed the last copy.. I moved around a lot in the last 13 years, about 20 times because I got kicked out of my parental house when I was 12 and just couldn't stay out of trouble all the time. The beauty of it is, all the different places I've been and different things I've seen have been entangled with Manson's music and lyrics. Every album, every track and every word has an emotional charge for me because my memories are tied to them. My memory is very hazy besides that, due to all the drugs I started taking when I was really young so I really place value on the music. It brings it all back to me, every time I listen to it. Now I could go on and on about my personal experience in life and how the lyrics relate to that so much blablabla but I should just stop now. You get it I'm a fan.

I'm 23 years old now, doing my thing and things aren't so bad from time to time.. I got a nice place to live, nice car, beautiful 4,5 yr old son.. The other day he asked me if I thought it was weird he used to crap himself as a baby.. He said "daddy you used to do that when you were a baby, right?" So I said yeah sure.. "And Mom too, right?" So I said yeah mom too. Then he said "I bet even Marilyn Manson did that? Right?" LOL it just really pleases me so much.

I love the lunchbox, the spookykids, portrait, SLC, the demo's, Antichrist superstar, Holywood, Mechanical Animals, Golden age, High end of low, the killer wasps and the ROTKW, I've got the liveshows, the interviews, the documentaries and I fucking love his new album Born Villain. I often made plans to go see him but I ended up sitting behind my closed curtains spending all my money on dope. In July 2012 I was in Germany at RockAmRing and finally saw him live. . Off course I just had to do the Mohawk, because ever since I watched that lunchbox music video when I was 10 I'd wanted to be that kid. I wish he would've set my lunchbox on fire too but instead I decided to buy a black/red and white pair of contact lenses and enjoy things through his eyes.

Shortly after I heard of him coming to Amsterdam for the twins of evil tour on December the third.. Got the ticket as a birthday gift from my mom because she knew it was the only thing, in this dying world, I wanted most.

That's tomorrow now and I have waited for five months and thought about it every day.. I think I might be able to contribute to this wonderful website, if only to give a report and maybe a few photographs of the stage tomorrow in Amsterdam.
