Plot
Chapter One - Monday introduces Officer Duke (Mark Burnham) as a "weed dealing" cop who sells marijuana concealed in dead rats to street teens for money and sexual favours. David Dolores Frank (Manson), happens to cross paths with Duke as he's urinating against a park fence and is then taken to Duke's home for an education in music taste.
