A theory of mine. "I saw that pregnant girl today. She didn't know that it was dead inside. Even though it was alive. Some of us are really born to die." This I believe is a reference to the Worm in Antichrist. I think either Adam or Omega is the Worm's Father. I also believe Adam never really killed himself, but rather is the Alpha in Mechanical Animals and watches Omega's downfall sympathetically. In the case for Holy Wood, if you take the disc out behind it there's a picture of some sort of dead baby made of bones or something. I think that's the baby referenced in this verse and is the Antichrist Superstar.
