hi, sorry for a late reply. I've just read your message regarding the MWG page, let's continue here:

* edits can be confirmed only by trusted editors or administrators. so once you made [[Special:Permalink/99499]] -- it was put in the unconfirmed edits queue, and we confirm it later if we see it was a valid edit, not spam, vandalism, misinformation (hopefully), etc
* since your edit was something that differs from what other people and we know, i [[Special:Permalink/99499|had to put]] the Unconfirmed label and the reference next to it - please see [[Madonna Wayne Gacy#References]]
