The Three-Legged Dog From Bangladesh

The Three-Legged Dog From Bangladesh is a painting by Marilyn Manson. It depicts a hysterical three-legged Hunter Stockton Thompson toting narcotics and a revolver. The painting was given to friend Johnny Depp as a gift. The Three-Legged Dog From Bangladesh was painted the day Manson learned of Thompson's death on February 20, 2005.

The painting is based on a Polaroid picture that Manson took of Thompson the last day they were together, intending to adapt it into a painting. Like the painting, Thompson had handcuffs around his neck and was upset in the original Polaroid. It is for sale at www.marilynmansonartworkonline.com.
