I wouldn't call it a demo in fact: it almost lacks even minor differences. The only "pro" for this could be a fact that it appeared slightly different on Antichrist Superstar. Another point is e.g the following: Sweet Dreams is playing slightly different on every tour (e.g. distorted Sweet Dreams intro by John 5 in GGG tour) + often has another song outro, Lunchbox intro sounds different at the Lest We Forget tour + from the Mechanical Animals (and later) tour it was usually played with a long-long outro (but that does mean that it's another version of Lunchbox). The version he uploaded was obviously recorded prior to ACSS and therefore seen as a demo of the version that made the album.
