"Suspiria" is an instrumental song and the sampled introduction used during Marilyn Manson's 2012 Hey Cruel World... Tour, originally composed and conducted by Goblin in 1977. The heartbeat at the beginning of "Hey, Cruel World..." would follow when the song stopped playing, beginning the show.
