"Piss in the Wound" is an unreleased song that was initially recorded sometime during the Antichrist Superstar recording sessions. The song features similarities to the lyrics of "Fundamentally Loathsome" released in 2 years later on Mechanical Animals. The lyrics "In our wicked world/on our way to hell/we know what to do and we do it well" was tested out as a live spoken interlude during the transition of songs on the Smells Like Children tour and Dead to the World tour.
