Perry Pandrea, better known by the stage name Zsa Zsa Speck, was a musician. According to Manson's autobiography, The Long Hard Road Out of Hell, Pandrea was the third member to be recruited for the group. Brian Tutunick, better known as former Marilyn Manson bassist Olivia Newton Bundy, explains in the unauthorized documentary Demystifying the Devil that Pandrea did not want to be part of the band, as he does not want to affiliate himself with anything Satanic or shocking.<ref name="DTD">Demystifying the Devil. He went on to join Tutunick's newly formed Collapsing Lungs in 1991, where he assumed the role of vocalist. The band was signed to Atlantic Records in 1993 and a year later they released their only major label release, an EP titled Colorblind. The band also headlined the 1993 Slammie Awards, where Marilyn Manson won several categories. Collapsing Lungs disbanded shortly after the release of Colorblind, with the departure of Tutunick, however the majority of the band resurfaced with slight lineup changes, under the name L.U.N.G.S., an acronym for "Losers Usually Never Get Signed".

Pandrea is reportedly now working as a school teacher, and does not like to talk about his time with the band.
