Nancy (real name Stephanie Ford) was a girl who was madly in love with Marilyn Manson during 1990 while he was dating his then girlfriend Teresa (real name Carrie Dunn). He described Nancy as pyscho and would eventually become paranoid about killing her. He ended up having sex and beginning his affair with her on July 4, 1990.
