The song is controversial due its the graphic portrayal of rape, necrophilia, and murder. Unlike the original Geto Boys version, [[Marilyn Manson (band)|Manson]]'s version featured vocals 'spoken' over an acoustic guitar, and is almost ten minutes in length.
