"It's Not The Hat, It's The Eyes" is a painting by Marilyn Manson which was exhibited in his 2010 art show titled Hell, Etc. It shows a light haired woman with a tall top hat on. It could possibly a painting of Manson's girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood.
