"Irresponsible Hate Anthem (Development)" is an unreleased song that was initially recorded sometime during the Portrait of an American Family recording sessions.
Although it shares its name with the "Goddamn It" or "Fuck It!" in some bootlegs, regularly performed live on the supporting tour.
Though live recordings of the song had been widely bootlegged for decades, a studio demo was not released until 2011, when Scott Putesky released it via the music website, SoundCloud.
