Guns, God and Government is a concert film chronicling the controversial band Marilyn Manson during their Guns, God and Government tour. It was released on October 29,2002 on both VHS, DVD and UMD. The DVD contains live tracks and performances that switch between visuals of various shows from United States, Japan, Russia, and Europe while maintaining a single consistent music track.

The DVD is notable for the documenting the controversial and outlandish theatrics Marilyn Manson uses during his performances, such as stilts, religious props, choreographed lighting, pyrotechnics, and extravagant costumes. The DVD follows the band between many international locations as they perform songs from their albums Portrait of an American Family, Smells Like Children, Antichrist Superstar, Mechanical Animals, and Holy Wood (In the Shadow of the Valley of Death).

The DVD also contains special features that feature a backstage look at Marilyn Manson's tour including cameos from such artists as Ozzy Osbourne and Eminem. This DVD, unlike the Lest We Forget CD/DVD set, is not a collection of music videos but a collection of live performances.
