Gottfried Helnwein (born October 8, 1948) is an Austrian-Irish fine artist, photographer, installation and performance artist. He is a friend of Marilyn Manson's, and art-collaborator for The Golden Age of Grotesque era. Helnwein permitted his home at Gurteen Castle in Kilsheelan, County Tipperary, Ireland, to be the site for the wedding of Marilyn Manson and Dita Von Teese on December 3, 2005.
