From Obscurity 2 Purgatory is a bootleg of live Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids songs, with an interview with Rockline from 1996 cut up and put between tracks. Tracks and the interview are taken from the bootlegs The Word According to Manson, Genesis of the Devil, and Live. The second disc is a reissue of The Funnel Zone, which is the first ever compilation release featuring the band.
