- Although the liner notes claim the show was recorded on June 6th, 1996, which would have been during the Dead to the World tour, the setlist indicates it had to be a show from the Smells Like Children tour.
- Also there appears to be no venue by the name of "Gothic Underground" in Victoria, Canada, nor are there any records of any Manson show in Victoria apart from the clearly incorrect information on this bootleg.
- Several other bootlegs were created from this recording, among which are Urination and Victoria, B.C U.S.A - 06/06/1996. Some state June 6th, 1996 as the date of recording, others label it as June 10th, 1995. All these recordings however appear to stem from the same show on October 6th, 1995.
- The tracklist contains some misspellings. Tracks 3 and 7 should be titled "Get Your Gunn" and "Dope Hat" respectively
- Track 5 is listed only as "Cyclops", but at the end of the song the band continues straight into "Cake & Sodomy"
- Track 9 is mislabeled as "Inside My Head". The correct title is "Smells Like Children".
