April Fool is a painting by Marilyn Manson. It is an obvious portrait of a jet black-haired woman with smeared ruby-red lipstick and full lips, although it is uncertain who but rumored to be a young woman named Roseanne, and has been rumored to be Twiggy Ramirez's girlfriend.
