• After the band performed "Doll-Dagga Buzz-Buzz Ziggety-Zag", John 5 began playing "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)", before Manson shouted, "I've got a better motherfucking idea 'cause I am the all-American Antichrist," prompting the band to begin playing "Rock 'n' Roll Nigger".
