The performance on May 9th, 2000 took place at the Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York, USA. Marilyn Manson was a special guest at this show. NIN and Manson performed together "Starfuckers, Inc." and "The Beautiful People", a song from 1996 Manson's album Antichrist Superstar produced by Trent Reznor. Both songs were included in And All That Could Have Been DVD.
