The performance on December 12th, 1996 took place at the Kentish Town Forum in London, England, UK. It was originally scheduled for the Electric Ballroom, then got upgraded to the London Astoria.  On the day of the show it was moved to the Forum. Rumoured reasons for the last minute move are either the lighting rig wouldn't fit in the astoria (which is unlikey) or that westimister coucil wouldn't allow the band to play.
