Marilyn Manson's June 4, 1994 performance took place at the Plus 5 in Davie, Florida. While sometimes listed as taking place in Fort Lauderdale, the show's flyer confirms this was a Davie gig. The show's flyer was the last one illustrated and distributed by frontman Marilyn Manson to promote a performance. The band played this show in between Self Destruct tour dates, and returned to opening for Nine Inch Nails on July 29, 1994. Three other shows were played before Marilyn Manson returned to Nine Inch Nails' tour, however these included a listening and release party for Portrait of an American Family, and the South Florida Slammie Awards.
