This page represents a collection of the templates found throughout MansonWiki. New users, editors especially, can familiarize themselves with these templates, as knowledge of the existing templates might help when noticing the absence of one where it may belong later on.

Templates

  • Album — A template to be used for studio album, EP, greatest hits, live album and bootleg articles. This template allows the editor to define an album or bootleg's release date, recording date, format, genre, length, record label and producer, as well as include professional review ratings.
  • Book — A template to be used strictly for book articles. This template allows the editor to define a book's release date, illustrator, publisher, media type, page length and ISBN.
  • In the news — A template used on MansonWiki's main page to demonstrate recent events regarding Marilyn Manson or the band itself.
  • List singles — A template to be used strictly for studio album article that have produced singles. This template allows the editor to define each of an album's singles and their respective release dates, which will appear in the article's Infobox. The List singles template is not ready at the moment, but once sorted out it should be made available for the EP and Best of templates.
  • Rating — A template to be used under the Professional review heading of the Infoboxes found in studio album, best of album, EP, live album and video album articles which have been rated professionally and supplied with an appropriate rating out of five by default.
  • Single — A template to be used strictly for album single articles. This template allows the editor to define a single's release date, length, record label, producer and what album it derives from, as well as include professional review ratings.
  • Version — Another template to be used strictly for album single articles. This template allows the editor to define a particular pressing of the single, including its country of origin, format, packaging, release date, barcode, catalog number, length, track listing, and any extra information about the particular version of the single.
  • Promo — Another template to be used strictly for album single articles. This template allows the editor to define a particular promotional pressing of the single, including its format, packaging, release date, catalog number, length, track listing, and any extra information about the particular version of the single.
  • Song — A template to be used strictly for song articles. This template allows the editor to define a song's release date, length, record label, writer, producer and what album it derives from.
  • Tourdate — A template to be used strictly for tour date articles. This template allows the editor to define the day a tour date took place, the tour it was performed under, the tour leg it was performed under, any supporting band or bands and any existing media, official and unofficial, where music from the performance can be heard.
  • User — A template to be used strictly for MansonWiki user articles. This template allows the editor to define a user's birth name, birth date, other occupations, years active in their ventures, any instruments they are known to play, as well as any acts associated with the user (both bands and artists).
  • Video album — A template to be used strictly for video album articles. This template allows the editor to define a video album's release date, recording dates, genre, length, record label, director and producer, as well as include professional review ratings.
