The The High End of Low European Festival Tour was the first leg of Marilyn Manson's 2009 The High End of Low Tour, during which the band co-headlined several major European festivals. This particular leg of the tour consisted of 17 dates played throughout Europe and spanned from June 3, 2009 until July 4, 2009.
