Roseanne Aimelia Vecchia (born April 1, 1975), also known by her nickname and prefers to be called Aimii, is a Finnish-German professional musician and watercolor artist who was born in Helsinki, Finland, was raised by her deceased mother, Erin-Milinda. Growing up was difficult for Vecchia, because by the time she was 15, her mother died of heart cancer and then moved to Phoenix, Arizona with her mother's parents. Her mother, back when she was young, teached her how to play various of instruments especially the Double Bass, Bass Guitar and Electric Guitar. Her grandmother, Ally, teached Vecchia how to paint and draw. She is the rhythm guitarist for art rock band St. Lacrymosa, and was then - girlfriend of Marilyn Manson bassist Twiggy, but they still remain good friends. Vecchia is depicted in a portrait entitled April Fool, painted by Marilyn Manson. She is also noted to be good friends with Manson and the band. In 2009, many critics were against her art because it was "too disturbing to look at and far too obscene." Gottfried Helnwein is one of her influences.
She also have similar tattoos like Twiggy's, in a Finnish interview, Vecchia stated that they both have the same tattoos except different meanings. Vecchia also loves cats, she has 4: Anita, Friederich, Richard and Daisy. She really hates being center of attention and hates it when her private life is mentioned to the press. Vecchia lives in Berlin, Germany with her cats. Her latest art movement is "Mein Blume" which is german for "My Flower", her art is shown and exhibited only in Germany and Austria.
