Low Art Thrill was formed in 1995, from the aftermath of the break-up of UK pop band Rumblefish. They were featured on the soundtrack of the soap opera Hollyoaks in 1996, and on the ITV program Premiere, documenting the creation of their artwork with graphic designers Fluid. Rob Holliday was among the band's members.
