It's Not the Hat, it's the Eyes is a painting by Marilyn Manson which was exhibited in his 2010 art show titled Hell, Etc. It shows a light haired woman with a tall top hat on. It could possibly a painting of Manson's ex-girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood.
