Brian may refer to:
- Brian Warner, known professionally as Marilyn Manson. Warner formed Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids with Daisy Berkowitz in 1989. He has been the lead lyricist for every release by the band, and since becoming a professional musician, he has become increasingly involved in composing and producing the band's music as well.
- Brian Tutunick, who, as Olivia Newton Bundy, was the initial bassist for Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids. His contributions can be heard on the early cassettes The Raw Boned Psalms and The Beaver Meat Cleaver Beat.
