  • Albuquerque 17-07-03 This bootleg is titled for the 17th, however this performance actually occurred on July 15, 2003.

Note[edit]

  • St. Louis was originally scheduled for July 15, 2003, and Kansas for the 17th,[4] however later tour dates, reviews and some bootlegs have Albuquerque, New Mexico as the 15th and St. Louis, Missouri as the 17th.
