I'm assuming you're the creator of this site judging on your username and the <litso.com/mansonwiki> and there being a creator of the site named Litso on the Heirophant, so I think it's safe to say I'm correct on this one 0:)

So I was wondering if you can assign administrators.. Because I was kinda wondering if I could be appointed; just a thought. So I'll go through why I'm so *special* real quick. Basically if you look at my contributions, I've stayed fairly consistent with organizing the site and the articles. I've done so much I don't know what examples to mention that you can't already see in my contribs. Well... I created articles for basically every song that wasn't already imported from a wiki article (which is a lot!), I've went through and added the official lyrics from my personal albums' booklets, I've created articles for all the band members with what information I could find. I've done extensive organization (I'm meticulous with wikis)... I don't know what else! During the March Break I had a lot of free time so I was on the site editing every day for about 2 weeks. Just trying to convince you that I can be trusted with being an administrator. Even though this site isn't as big and known as NinWiki so far, I'm just trying to say I can take the responsibilities. Server changes

Well there was 3 or 4 that I noticed, I fixed King Kill 33° and another one I think. Spade is back up too (thanks). All that's left that I know of was Lécheuse, it was messed for a while unless you fixed it too? But the image of the painting in the Lécheuse page is still missing. I've checked it out and it seems all of the damaged articles are back to normal. The only think I noticed is how â™ (the article auto-created by ♠) won't delete. I tried, and i can see you tried twice. and also another ♠ Redirect was auto-created that can be found at ?. They appear red and thus uncreated, but they're viewable on the list of all pages. Other than these minor problems everything seems correct. Right now I'm just working on adding the paintings I didn't finish last week, live concerts the band's performed (similar to tracking that NinWiki does with Nine Inch Nails setlists), and assisting in compiling bootlegs (not a difficult thing for me to do since I have well over 40 of) Windstorm 22:25, 9 June 2007 (CEST)

The stats page is pretty interesting. I'll let you work on the bootlegs in the meantime while I do tour dates; and every so often I'll check the pages you made for potential fixes or whatever, and maybe create my own pages. I don't see why you should be concerned with how many page edits you have, you're the owner of the site hahah. Nah it's alright tho, I've just had a lot of experience in organization with Wikipedia and discographies I own in my music library, so I like to be crucial with organization, especially on a wiki! And I think there's a few other contributors once in a while, Powerslave, umm... Kiddie Grinder has the odd contribution? Yeah I get it though, and this site is far from what I came across it as. It was almost, dare I say, pathetic haha. There was a couple of relevant articles completely copied from Wikipedia. Even the wikilinks were still there. Maybe that was your doing so I apologize if it was lol, regardless it's grown into much, much more. The guys at Wikipedia would die if there were almost 2000 articles regarding Marilyn Manson there... Hahaha. Even the bootleg listing has nice potential, I thought about adding them a while back but recently I haven't been on MansonWiki (I'm on it so much that I like to take week-long breaks every now and then). When I noticed you made an album template, I decided to tweak it to suit the EPs, Singles, Videos, and Bootlegs (there may have been one more too possibly). Yeah I know what you're saying about the paintings and other various unlinked articles. The merchandise is something I even forgot about, so it's nice to see someone else is thinking about it! Lol. The paintings are linked to by the Category "Marilyn Manson Paintings", but other than that, nothing yet. On that note I was thinking about creating a page for his paintings and basically using a gallery template to showcase all of his art (much like the front covers of the band's releases are displayed here. But that's not something I'll work on until every piece has been uploaded, to avoid confusion over what has been added to the gallery template (there's well over 100 paintings) in total. Another idea I had was again involving gallery templates, to use them on individual release pages to showcase the Front, Back, Inlay, Disc(s), Booklet Pages, and so forth. that's another idea that will have to be worked on eventually though. Liner Notes

By the way, the liner notes/lyrics I transcribe(d) of what I own (10 official studio albums, the "Get Your Gunn" and "Lunchbox" singles, and the bootlegs I own), or the image files I have are taken directly from the booklets and such, just to keep the absolute authenticity, regardless of some spelling/grammar mistakes found from time to time, until eventual cover scans can be uploaded. Haha, yeah that's what I was referring too. Well I won't bother with any image galleries for now anyways since I'm still adding tour dates, so I'm kept busy for now. Nice to see that you own a ton of Manson singles and stuff. I don't have anywhere to purchase them except online, otherwise I'd own them as well. I ordered "Get Your Gunn" and "Lunchbox" on Amazon.ca over a year ago, but never got a chance to get the rest, I hate waiting lol. And about what you said about "Astonishing Panorama of the Endtimes", I see what you mean about John 5 being credited. Zim Zum was out of the band before the album's release so it's possible that the track was recorded with 5, but not included due to hasty release or something. That might not be the case, hmm... I remember reading some place that the album was a b-side from Antichrist Superstar, not MansonWiki though, I can't recall where. You're right about "Hell Outro"'s lyrical credit to Manson too, so maybe these are just hasty misprints or something. Windstorm 21:43, 10 June 2007 (CEST)

The Long Hard Road out of Hell

I've been thinking about this for some time, but I don't think it's legal so I don't know. Anyways I was thinking about adding the context of Manson's The Long Hard Road out of Hell. Similarly, the context of the Holy Wood novel that is known is presented here, but that's different since the book hasn't been released and isn't copyrighted. That's what makes me unsure, cuz I own the autobiography, but I doubt I would transcribe it regardless, too long. But if I found a transcription elsewhere. I don't know about it tho, since it's almost the same as linking to a download of an album. I mean, I download, but I don't know if that's something any wiki should condone. Hmmm... Yeah, I totally see what you mean. I suppose in addition to just the highlights and general summaries, we could add the credits found in the beginning and end, and the quotes taken from the back cover of the book. Well I've started typing the credits out, I'm almost done, just finishing up the Photo Credits; should be done anytime. Just check it out in the next 1 minutes or so in the Recent Changes page, and whnever you find your copy we can expand this page further. Btw do you remember the section in the book where the seemingly ancient short stories Manson wrote to Night Terrors Magazine in 1988 were included? Are these includable do you think? The copyright to Night Terrors obviously wasn't renewed (if the magazine even exists anymore?), but the problem here is that I'm not sure if they're allowed to be re-produced seeing as how they were also included in Long Hard Road. I'm not sure what the rules are in the case of the book re-producing defunct-copyrighted material, cuz I'd like to get the most meticulous information we can find onto Mansonwiki, but we have to respect the copyright laws, so I'm not sure what to do about this. Fun Facts Before My Bedtime

Aside from a rather curious, yet self-explanatory title I've given to this section, I looked into NinWiki's statistics (it involving a compatable band, and being a notorious band wiki), and I found that with NinWiki at 3,048 articles and MansonWiki at 2,052 articles, we're looking at about 996 more articles before equaling a wiki with such capacity as NinWiki. I thought that was pretty neat anyways, we've also gained a one new user since I last checked (not including IP visitors). Anyways I've revamped the Main Page and might eventually embark on creating the Glossary page (most information is compiled on the Allarticles page though, so that's not too important on my part. If you check out the Portrait of an American Family article, you'll see an example of the cover gallery that I had mentioned earlier. It took a while to edit the images and organize it all on the wiki, so I won't be creating any subsequent galleries tonight. Check it out and tell me what you think. Bedtime tho, later dude. Thanks dude, Marilyn Manson's incredibly interesting to me, so contributing and revamping MansonWiki time and time again is my pleasure haha. I'll probably start contributing some more cover galleries tonight, especially since it's dawning on the weekend. I got an exam on Monday and that's it for school until August, so I'll have more free time to go about the site in my thus expanded spare time. I keep getting all these ideas for pages, but they're hard to keep track of, and I find it hard to stick to one thing only, and these tasks will take a while, so I'll probably be jumping back and forth tasks, to balance my interest and stay committed. I'm also probably going to take one of my occasional breaks from constant-contributions, unless I'm intensely bored lol. The covers of the "Heart-Shaped Glasses (When the Heart Guides the Hand)" single have been uploaded to MansonCollectors.com, if it's the same single you recently attained; but they're watermarked unfortunately, so eventual original scans of it would be awesome. No rush on when you start contributing again though, just get all settled into your new place and anytime you're ready come back. We have a substantial amount of info as it is =) haha. On a proposed user name change

Hey man, haven't talked for a while besides a post here and there on The Heirophant lol. I was thinking about changing users, in that Rtiztik just doesn't seem to do justice anymore, and is a bit overused (it's my MSN address and my user name for almost everything... Lol). I was wondering if I created a new user and crossed over, if you could grant the eventual re-registration sysop, then I could just delete the Rtiztik one. I'm still thinking about it, but if I went through with it do you think that would be a problem? (I have no idea how those grants work so I don't know if they're difficult or whatnot T_T haha). I've created a new user (which I am currently messaging you from now) and I think it is the one I will side with. I've also turned both my Rtiztik user's main and talk page into redirects to my new user's respective pages. I can be patient now while you figure out how to grant this username; the only thing I won't be able to do is ban people and delete pages and seeing as how I'm still on a "hiatus" from the site technically, I won't be doing much of that haha. Regarding The Front Page Article System

Well being a sysop at one point for another wiki that's dead now (some phishing issues) I am sorta savy in wiki code myself and since I'm pretty damn bored I was thinking I could help out with the wiki for maybe a bit.

Anyways I'm assuming you'd want it to be weekly seeing as how there isn't enough pages for a years worth of stuff. Keep in mind it will stretch itself to fit the whole page unless there's a similar section next to it maybe for like site news or something.

yo about the news template

Ok not to look like a total dick which I probably look like to you but....

I was wondering for formating's sake I take the news template and well wikify it to make it look more the wikipedia/mansonwiki featured article one, with all the info copy and pasted to it. I know it would kill alot of the original code but it would give MW a more wiki feel and balance out the super overstretched featured article template on the main page. If you look at wikipedia's main page and look at the "In the news" template it would look exactly like that.

Hey I suddenly just reallised, I read the book "A Clockwork Orange" last month and I thought, Litso? Where have I heard that before? Then when I was reading this, In noticed one of your favorite movies was "A Clockwork Orange". And then I thought hey, thats where it's from! Litso / Face! It was a great book! Havent seen the movie yet (I'm only twelve! :( ) but my parents said they might let me watch it seeing as i've read the book already!
