Yours Truly

Personal

My name is Shawn. I'm 20 years old and I study Film at a University in London. I moved to London in late 2011 from Manchester to study. I enjoy listening to music, shooting and editing movies and writing (scripts and essays). I'm also a huge Apple fan. My iMac is my life. 

Background

I've been a big Manson fan since 2004. I discovered him in 1999 when my Dad bought the God Is In The T.V. video tape. Being a little young then my Mother didn't allow me to listen to him, but the image of him from "The Dope Show" music video always stayed with me. In about 2004 I came across him again when the Personal Jesus video was released. My Mother disagreed (being a Mormon) with my interest in Manson. I then began to secretly go out and collect each of Manson's albums. I got Lest We Forget first, followed by Mechanical Animals and so on. Mechanical Animals remains my favourite album of all time. At an age when I didn't know of much music Manson introduced me to bands such as KISS, Alice Cooper, The Beatles and David Bowie. The Beatles and Bowie remain favourites to this day.
