Victor Alden Weston (born November 26, 1989), better known by his stage names Vixen Windstorm and Kraid, is the founder of the industrial electronic project High Noon, Tex. He is also one of three sysop administrators at MansonWiki.

MansonWiki

Vixen Windstorm has several roles in MansonWiki, which as of late include mainly site maintenance. In addition to administrating the website and its forums, Windstorm is also the manager of MansonWiki's YouTube channel.

High Noon, Tex

Windstorm is currently recording High Noon, Tex material, and recently released a digital copy of its debut EP, Vindication, on January 1, 2009. Four songs from the EP can be heard on High Noon, Tex's MySpace profile. On January 27, 2009, High Noon, Tex released a remix of Stephen Colbert's interview with author Lawrence Lessig on The Colbert Report for viewing on YouTube. The remix also samples brief excerpts of a report by Colbert two weeks later, A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift of All! and The Daily Show.
