Victor Alden Weston (born November 26, 1989), better known by his stage names Vixen Windstorm and Kraid, is the founder of alternative experimental rock band Plushie Dominoes, and industrial electronic project High Noon, Tex. He was also one of MansonWiki's three original sysop administrators, before the website's turnover in December 2009. Windstorm has administrative rights with five wikis, however MansonWiki is the only one not sanctioned by Wikia. Currently he is most involved with the Grasshopper Manufacture encyclopedia Suda51 Wiki.

His contributions to the wiki portion of the website span across two users, Rtiztik (totaling 3,111 edits) and Vixen Windstorm (totaling 6,139 edits as of January 9, 2010). On December 22, 2009, Windstorm announced his departure from MansonWiki after serving over two years of administratorship, citing creative differences as the reason.
High Noon, Tex
Windstorm debuted his High Noon, Tex project with a digital copy of the EP Vindication, on January 1, 2009. On January 27, 2009, High Noon, Tex released a remix of Stephen Colbert's interview with author Lawrence Lessig on The Colbert Report for viewing on YouTube. The remix also samples brief excerpts of a report by Colbert two weeks later, A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift of All! and The Daily Show. On June 26, 2009, High Noon, Tex released its second compilation, Hapland: Remixes, which contains two previously unreleased tracks. Digital singles of two remixes from this EP were released on July 7, 2009. This was followed on July 8 by the release of a third EP, Fuse, which features improved versions of three songs from Vindication, which had been discontinued two days prior. On October 21, 2009, it was announced that a compilation featuring all 34 High Noon, Tex recordings made by Windstorm would be released in an upcoming compilation, tentatively titled 10,000,000. This will be High Noon, Tex's final release, as Windstorm will begin concentrating on experimenting with his rock outfit, Plushie Dominoes.
