I've been a Manson fan since roughly '03/'04, but had numerous run-ins with Manson related stuff before. The first song I heard was "[[The Long Hard Road Out Of Hell]]", when I saw the movie Spawn in the theaters. (I was only 5 years old.) Since we had satellite at my house, I managed to spend a great deal of time watching MTV and shit like that. So, of course, I managed to occasionally see videos for songs like "[[The Dope Show]]" and "[[The Beautiful People]]".

Introduction

I've been a Manson fan since roughly '03/'04, but had numerous run-ins with Manson related stuff before. The first song I heard was "Long Hard Road Out Of Hell", when I saw the movie Spawn in the theaters. (I was only 5 years old.) Since we had satellite at my house, I managed to spend a great deal of time watching MTV and shit like that. So, of course, I managed to occasionally see videos for songs like "The Dope Show" and "The Beautiful People".

I had gotten The Golden Age of Grotesque from my local library in 2003, sometime after it's release. I do not know why, but I do remember loving it. Then, sometime in September 2004, I heard "Personal Jesus" on the radio, and became really interested. I got Lest We Forget on November 14th, 2004. (The day after my Birthday.)

From that day on, I've been collecting every bit of Manson anything I can get. Bootlegs, singles and promo CDs, etc. Especially, shirts.

Trivia

  • My top 3 favorite shirts are the D.O.P.E shirt, the Manson and Twiggy shirt from The Rape of The World Tour, and the I Am The God of Fuck shirt.
  • The only reason that I managed to see Manson in concert when I did was because my father suggested it to me.
  • I've got a Spooky Kids lunch box coming my way. :p
