Discussion
Think of a discussion page as an area for editors to discuss their ideas and opinions of the content of the page that corresponds to the proper discussion page. For example, Since this is the talk page for the FAQ I may offer suggestions to improve the article, but remember that this page is not for actual content but merely to converse with other editors about the article. Talk pages are generally less formal and more casual in nature, however, we do ask that users refrain from personal attacks or insults.
Say I would like to suggest that the article would contain a description of how to upload imagery to the site.
Uploading images?

Starting a new page
The how introduction should include a section on how to make a new page from scratch and from the when you search and there's no page but at the top it says do you want to make a new page and perhaps discuss templates.
