This template is intended to be a replacement of Template:Country (due to semantic design defects), and probably to be included into Template:Promo, etc. Despite this flag template could be implemented without the switch
tag, the explicit mapping between a domain code and a flag image is intended to prevent incorrect domains or so. The flags should be in PNG format. The easiest way of adding a new flag is probably borrowing an image from the Flag of COUNTRY articles at Wikipedia. Probably all flags are stored in SVG format, and Wikipedia offers a way to convert SVG to PNG out of box at the image resource page. Wikipedia offers standard sizes: 200px, 500px, 1000px and 2000px. It's easy to download images in a necessary resolution just specifying the horizontal size in the resource URL. For example, the following link _https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/41/Flag_of_Austria.svg/50px-Flag_of_Austria.svg.png refers a dynamically generated flag of Austria having 50px in the horizontal dimension. Please note that the MansonWiki default flag size is not yet agreed.
