I can't understand why you use complicated HTML/CSS markup float-property-based technique without complete understanding of its purpose. Remove redundant <br> tags, use simple HTML/Wiki tables to show guitar/bass/etc tabs in tabular manner, etc. I think that the following table manner is much better (reducing ammount of exact title occurances, simplifying the markup, etc):

Current poor markup

Check that section indexes are pinned to the right-side, at least in Google Chrome. I can't understand why you use complicated HTML/CSS markup float-property-based technique without complete understanding of its purpose. Remove redundant <br> tags, use simple HTML/Wiki tables to show guitar/bass/etc tabs in tabular manner, etc. I think that the following table manner is much better (reducing ammount of exact title occurances, simplifying the markup, etc):
