Slipknot
Slipknot is a 9 piece Metal band formed in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1992 and again in 1998. They were made famous by their signature Masks and for pioneering the new wave of American Heavy Metal. Their lyrics revolve around social issues and anger, and they are criticized for their guitar riffs which change very little throughout each song, and are usually just different variations of the same part. Drummer Joey Jordison is known to have remixed "The Fight Song", appeared in The Death Parade, appeared in the "Tainted Love" music video and performed guitar on a track for The Golden Age of Grotesque which he was revealed to be working on, but it hasn't been released. And percussionist Shawn Crahan has remixed "Arma-goddamn-motherfuckin-geddon".
