A new tour co-headlining Marilyn Manson and The Smashing Pumpkins was announced today. The 23-city tour begins on July 7th in Concord, California and extends until August. Indie hip-hop recording artist, Cage has been slated for opening act.

The Smashing Pumpkins will be promoting their latest album Monuments To An Elegy, while Manson will be continuing support of The Pale Emperor.
