Marilyn Manson announced the official release of his ninth studio album, The Pale Emperor, with an exuberant "THE PALE EMPEROR is out now!" post on his facebook^[1] at midnight EST tonight. The album is now available in stores for purchase and on iTunes.com by individual song or entire album.

While the album has been quietly released in Europe, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and the Netherlands, the USA release date of January 20, 2015, is considered the official release date.
