In a series of tweets<ref>[https://twitter.com/jeordiewhite twitter.com]</ref>, [[Marilyn Manson (band)|Marilyn Manson]]'s [[Twiggy|Twiggy (Jeordie White)]] began spelling out the words BASS, hinting he might be returning to play that position. On June 25, the current bass player, [[Fred Sablan]] bid adieu to the band, wishing lots of love to his 'brother' Jeordie, and to have a good show in Russia, confirming that he would not be joining the band for the summer tour. Fred Sablan and Twiggy were founding members of their previous band, Goon Moon.
