Nancy (real name Stephanie Ford) was a girl who was madly in love with Marilyn Manson during 1990 while he was dating his then girlfriend Teresa. He described Nancy as "psycho" and would eventually become paranoid about killing her. He ended up having sex and beginning his affair with her on July 4, 1990. This did not very last long and came to a bitter end which resulted in Nancy having hard feelings for Manson after this. Nancy was the influence of the song "She's Not My Girlfriend".
