The Marilyn Manson discography spans roughly 21 years, from 1989 to 2010. This list includes the band's efforts prior to signing with Interscope Records, during the time they performed as Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids. Worldwide Marilyn Manson has sold over 11 million albums.[1] Three of these records have been awarded platinum certification by the RIAA and three more have been awarded gold, while the band has seen five of its releases premier in the Top 10, two being number-one debuts.

- "15" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in acoustic format as "Fifteen".
- "Arma-goddamn-motherfuckin-geddon" has been remixed several times since its 2009 release. Teddybears and Slipknot's Shawn Crahan provided their own Teddybears Remix and Fuck the God Damn TV and Radio Remix respectively for the single Arma-goddamn-motherfuckin-geddon, while Marilyn Manson itself reworked the song in acoustic format as an alternate version. Lady Gaga also allegedly remixed the song while it was a current single, although this recording has yet to see release.
- "Coma White" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in acoustic format in 1998.
- "Devour" was remixed by Chew Fu in 2009, his Chew Fu Ghettohouse Fix of the song appearing on the compilation HitMixes.
- "Disposable Teens" was remixed by Bon Harris in 2000. His Bon Harris Remix of the song appears on the single Disposable Teens.
- "Dope Hat" was remixed in 1995 by Dave Ogilvie, Joe Bishara and Anthony Valcic. Their version, titled "Dance of the Dope Hats", was released on Smells Like Children. Marilyn Manson itself also reworked the song in the form of "Diary of a Dope Fiend" for the same record.
- "Four Rusted Horses" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in electric format as the Opening Titles Version of the song.
- "Get Your Gunn" was remixed in 1994 by Trent Reznor. His version, titled "Mother Inferior Got Her Gunn", was released on the single Get Your Gunn.
- "Heart-Shaped Glasses (When the Heart Guides the Hand)" was remixed a total of four times in 2007. Jade Puget of AFI produced an Inhuman Remix, Space Cowboy provided his own Space Cowboy Remix, Tretcher Collins is responsible for the Penetrate the Canvas Remix and Bill Hamel helmed the song's Hamel Remix. Each of these recordings appears on the single Heart-Shaped Glasses (When the Heart Guides the Hand).
- "I Don't Like the Drugs (But the Drugs Like Me)" was remixed numerous times in 1998. Danny Saber's Danny Saber Remix, Jimmy Cauty's Infected By the Scourge of the Earth remix and The Black Dog's Every Day and Absinth Makes the Heart Grow Fonder remixes make appearances on the various I Don't Like the Drugs (But the Drugs Like Me) single pressings.
- "I Have to Look Up Just to See Hell" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in acoustic format as an alternate version.
- "If I Was Your Vampire" was remixed by Sam Fogarino of Interpol in 2007. This Sam Fog Mix was made available via an exclusive Hot Topic download card.
- "Irresponsible Hate Anthem" was remixed by Charlie Clouser, Danny Lohner, Joshua Eustis and Wes Borland in 2005, nearly a decade after the song's debut on Antichrist Superstar. Their resulting Venus Head Trap Remix of the song appears on Saw II: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack.
- "Leave a Scar" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in acoustic format as an alternate version.
- "Long Hard Road Out of Hell" was remixed once in 1997. Critter's Critter Remix of the song appears on the single Long Hard Road Out of Hell.
- "Lunchbox" was remixed several times in 1994, all of which were helmed by Charlie Clouser. These versions, "Next Motherfucker", "Brown Bag" and "Metal", were released on the single Lunchbox.
- "Man That You Fear" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in acoustic format as the Acoustic Requiem for Antichrist Superstar version of the song.
- "mOBSCENE" saw three remixes in 2003. Rammstein's Christoph Schneider and Paul Landers produced the Sauerkraut Remix of the song, The Prodigy's Keith Flint and and Youth's Martin Glover produced its Overnight Mix and The Golden Age of Grotesque producer Ben Grosse produced the "mOBSCENE Replet" version of the song. Each of these remixes were released on the various pressings of the mOBSCENE single.
- "Para-noir" has only ever seen one remix. Former Marilyn Manson member Stephen Bier produced his own version, retitled "Paranoiac", for the single mOBSCENE in 2003.
- "Organ Grinder" was remixed in 1995 by Dave Ogilvie, Joe Bishara and Anthony Valcic. Their version, titled "Kiddie Grinder", was released on Smells Like Children.
- "Personal Jesus" was remixed by Felix da Housecat and Rude Photo in 2004. This Rude Photo Motor Remix of the song appears on the single Personal Jesus.
- "Pretty as a Swastika" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in acoustic format as an alternate version.
- "Putting Holes in Happiness" was remixed four times in 2007. Boys Noize and Robots to Mars produced the Boys Noize Remix and Robots to Mars Mix respectively, while Marilyn Manson's Ginger Fish provided his own Ginger Fish Remix for the single Putting Holes in Happiness and Nick Zinner of Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs fashioned the Guitar Hero Remix of the song for Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock Companion Piece.
- "Running to the Edge of the World" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in acoustic format as an alternate version.
- "Tainted Love" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in acoustic format as the Re-Tainted Interpretation of the song.
- "The Beautiful People" was remixed twice for Remix & Repent in 1997. The first was produced by Danny Saber, titled "The Horrible People", while the second, titled "The Not So Beautiful People", was produced by J. G. Thirlwell. In 2002, Jim Johnston revisited the song to fashion his own Full Metal Jacket Mix of "The Beautiful People" as well.
- "The Fight Song" was remixed once, by Joey Jordison and Sean McMahon of Slipknot fame, in 2002. This Slipknot Remix of the song premiered on Resident Evil: Music from and Inspired by the Original Motion Picture.
- "The Love Song" was remixed by Bon Harris and Stephen Bier, then performing with Marilyn Manson under the name Madonna Wayne Gacy, in 2000. Their resulting Bon Harris Remix of the song appears on the single Disposable Teens.
- "The Nobodies" was remixed by Marilyn Manson's Ginger Fish in 2001. This Wormwood Remix of the song appears on From Hell: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Marilyn Manson itself also reworked the song in acoustic format for the single The Nobodies. Furthermore, during Marilyn Manson's Against All Gods Tour in 2005, several artists pooled together to provide remixes of "The Nobodies" for the touring EP which would become The Nobodies: 2005 Against All Gods Mix. Here, Chris Vrenna provided the eponymous 2005 Against All Gods Mix, Jam & Spoon produced the Burn 69 Mix and Stephane K helmed his own Stephane K Rock Dub Mix of the song.
- "They Said That Hell's Not Hot" was remixed by Ben Rosen in 2007. This Ben Rosen Mix of the song was made available via an exclusive Hot Topic download card.
- "This Is the New Shit" was remixed three times during 2003. The Golden Age of Grotesque producer Ben Grosse helmed the "New *hit Invective" version of the song, Alison Goldfrapp and Will Gregory produced its Marilyn Manson vs. Goldfrapp mashup and Sergio Galoyan produced his own Sergio Galoyan Mix for the single This Is the New Shit.
- "Tourniquet" was revised by Marilyn Manson and Sean Beavan in 1997. The result recording, "The Tourniquet Prosthetic Dance Mix", was released on Remix & Repent as well as the single Tourniquet.
- "Wight Spider" was reworked by Marilyn Manson itself in acoustic format as an alternate version.
- "You and Me and the Devil Makes 3" has only been remixed once, by Adam Freeland, in 2007. This Adam Freeland Remix was made available via an exclusive Hot Topic download card.
Unauthorized remixes
- "Disposable Teens" saw a TNA Remix courtesy of Dale Oliver.
- "mOBSCENE" was remixed by Dead Sexy Inc. This Dead Sexy Inc. Remix was made available for streaming exclusively on the band's MySpace profile.
- "The Beautiful People" was remixed by Sébastien Léger in 2009, retitled "The People".

- Manson performs guitar on the Jack Off Jill song "Swollen", from the album Sexless Demons and Scars.
- Manson is featured as guest vocalist on the DMX song "The Omen", from the album Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood.
- Manson and Sean Beavan produced the Manson Mix, Radio Edit and Yes Sir, Mr. Sir Mix of the Rasputina song "Transylvanian Concubine". Both remixes appear on the group's EP Transylvanian Regurgitations.
- Manson performs guest vocals on the Danny Lohner Remix of the Eminem song "The Way I Am".
- The gODHEAD album 2000 Years of Human Error features contributions from both Manson and Twiggy. The former appears on "Break You Down", while the latter performs on "I Sell Society" and "2000 Years of Human Error".
- Manson allegedly recorded vocals for the Maven song "Hard on for Love" in 2001, although the song has yet to be released.

- Manson confesses in his autobiography The Long Hard Road Out of Hell that "I was never happy with our demos, which Scott always recorded, because we sounded like a tinny industrial band and I imagined us playing rawer, more immediate punk rock."[2]
- Of the band's current discography, only 33 songs have never been performed live.
- The concept albums Antichrist Superstar, Mechanical Animals and Holy Wood (In the Shadow of the Valley of Death) are considered by Manson to comprise a trilogy, known as the triptych.
- "The Dope Show" is the band's most successful single to date.
