All of Marilyn Manson's tattoos are done by four people: Lou Sciberras, Donovan Stringer, Albert Sgambati and Ken Cameron - who all worked at Tattoos By Lou's in South Beach, Miami, Florida. The tattoos were created over a four year span, beginning in January 1991. In the credits of the band's first album Portrait of an American Family Albert Sgambati and Donovan Stringer were credited for tattoos, the latter simply referred to as 'Donovan'.

Baphomet Head

A goat-headed deity on a black pentagram. Manson got this tattoo on January 5, 1991 from Lou Sciberras.

Cobweb

A simple cobweb directly above Manson's tattoo of Uncle Creepy, the artist is unknown.

Cyaegha

The tattoo is of a drawing Manson made of this deity which was then tattooed onto his arm by Donovan Stringer sometime in July 1992. The tattoo is repeated on both arms.

Cyclops

Executed by Albert Sgambati it depicts a drawing of Manson's that inspired his own song of the same name.

Red Fly

Executed by Albert Sgambati in 1995 it depicts a red fly with skulls on the wings and is possibly a symbolic presentation of the Lord of the Flies' Beelzebub.

Skull Tree

Executed by Albert Sgambati in 1993. It depicts a skull with a tree growing out of it. Manson felt his tree design had been copied (the inspiration behind the song "Thingmaker") and so included the tree as a way of permanently copyrighting his creation.

Spiral Heart

A simple tattoo of a heart is on Manson's wrist. The artist is unknown but the tattoo was created in early 2007 at the same time Evan Rachel Wood had a tattoo of a heart with a shock symbol inside on her right thigh.

The Red Devil

Again executed by Sgambati it depicts a grinning red devil amongst a horseshoe numbered '1' at the left side and '3' at the other. Above the devil's head is an 8-ball and below it three dice, each displaying the number '6'.

Uncle Creepy

The tattoo by Ken Cameron depicts Uncle Creepy, a comic book villain created by Frank Frazetta.
