In the credits of the band's first album Portrait of an American Family Albert Sgambati and Donovan Stringer were credited for tattoos, the latter simply referred to as 'Donovan'.

A goat-headed deity on a black pentagram. Manson got this tattoo on January 5, 1991 from Lou Sciberras.
Cyaegha
The tattoo is of a drawing Manson made of this deity which was then tattooed onto his arm by Donovan Stringer some time in July 1992. The tattoo is repeated on both arms.
Cyclops
