"Long Hard Road out of Hell" is a b-side of the 1996 album Antichrist Superstar. It was released officially on the Spawn film soundtrack in 1997, became a single and music video, and was again released on Lest We Forget (The Best Of) in 2004. The song features a guest appearance by The Sneaker Pimps.

Music video

Manson posing like the statue of a saint

The music video, directed by Mathew Ralson, features Marilyn Manson and fellow band members doing outrageous acts deemed too offensive for television screenings. It has been aired worldwide only a few times.

Manson can be seen naked, or alternatively dressed very feminine and posing like statues of saints and imitating the Virgin Mary. He also has an erotic encounter with a girl who in the climax of the video abruptly becomes a deformed man.
