This article lists the most notable live performances by Marilyn Manson (& the Spooky Kids, in performances before July 31st, 1992), among which are shows that marked the first performances of new songs, showcases of new albums or other material, and other shows that marked a special event.

Independent touring
- April 28, 1990 - This performance at Churchill's Hideaway appears to be the first live show ever by Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids. According to Manson's autobiography The Long Hard Road Out of Hell only 20 people attended this show.
- July 31, 1992 - This performance at The Squeeze in Davie, Florida, marks the end of the "Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids" era. Marilyn Manson announces that the band got a record deal at Interscope Records and that they decided to drop the "& the Spooky Kids" suffix.
- January 1, 1994 - This show marks the band's first performance with bassist Twiggy Ramirez, after former bassist Gidget Gein was fired from the band on Christmas Eve 1993.
Portrait of an American Family Tour
- 1994/12/27 Jacksonville, FL - This date marks the first show of the Portrait of an American Family tour, and also Marilyn Manson's first arrest for a public performance.
Dead to the World Tour
- 1997/02/14 Dayton, OH - This date marks the first performance of "Deformography" and lounge version of "Mister Superstar". According to their respective album credits, both 1996's "Irresponsible Hate Anthem" and 2000's "Born Again" were also recorded on this date.
- 1997/04/06 Normal, IL and 1997/06/22 Minneapolis, MN- These two dates mark the only live performances of "The Suck for Your Solution".
Mechanical Animals Tour
- 1998/12/31 Las Vegas, NV - This date marks the first and the only performance of "The Last Day on Earth".
Rock is Dead Tour
- 1999/03/03 Seattle, WA - This date marks the first performance of "Coma White".
- 1999/08/02 Fukuoka, Japan - This date marks the first performance of "Disassociative".
- 1999/08/03 Fukuoka, Japan - This date marks the second and last performance of "Disassociative".
Guns, God and Government Tour
- 2000/12/16 Dallas, TX - This date marks the first and the only performance of ""President Dead"".
- 2001/02/06 Bologne, Italy - This date marks the first performance of "In the Shadow of the Valley of Death". Also "GodEatGod" was performed second and last time.
- 2001/06/08 Tinley Park, IL - This date marks the first performance of "Antichrist Superstar" since 1999.
- 2001/10/08 Los Angeles, CA - The audio from this performance was featured on the band's 2002 DVD Guns, God and Government World Tour and the video on the 2009 Blu-ray release Guns, God and Government - Live in L.A..
Grotesk Burlesk Tour
- 2003/04/15 London, England - This date marks the first show of the Grotesk Burlesk Tour and the live debut with band mate, Tim Skold.
- 2003/12/27 Auburn Hills, MI - This date marks the last show of the tour and the last performance with band mate, John 5.
Against All Gods Tour
- 2004/12/20 Los Angeles, CA - During this performance Marilyn Manson performed teases of "Lamb of God" and "Mommy Dear".
Rape of the World Tour
- 2007/05/26 Landgraaf, Netherlands - This date marks the first show of the Rape of the World Tour as well as the live debut of band mates, Rob Holliday and Chris Vrenna.
- 2007/06/05 Bercy, France - This date marks the first and the only performance of "EAT ME, DRINK ME".
- 2007/07/01 Bucharest, Romania - "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" was performed featuring famous rocker Alice Cooper. Also during the Alice Cooper's set Manson performing Alice Cooper's song "I'm Eighteen".
- 2007/10/31 Las Vegas, NV - This date marks the second and last performance of "This Is Halloween".
- 2007/12/22 Tallinn, Estonia - This date marks the last performance of long term band mate and Eat Me, Drink Me collaborator Tim Skold.
- 2008/01/19 Orlando, FL - This date marks the return of Twiggy Ramirez, after being away from the band since 2002. Also during the show "Coma Black" was performed first time.
- 2008/02/23 Los Angeles, CA - This date marks the first performance of "Mechanical Animals" since 1999.
- 2008/03/02 Houston, TX - This date marks the last show for the tour and the last with band mate Rob Holliday.
The High End of Low Tour
- 2009/06/03 Brno, Czech Republic - This date marks the first show of The High End of Low Tour and the live debut with band mate, Andy Gerold.
- 2009/06/17 Porto, Portugal - Manson cuts himself out of the lightbox and announces that this is the first "real show" to kickoff The High End of Low tour despite it being several shows into the tour.
- 2009/12/04 Barcelona, Spain - During the performance of Running to the Edge of the World Manson sang to a dying Evan Rachel Wood as she bled to death, while lying on a bed that had been set up center stage, using his trademark Eat Me, Drink Me Knife microphone.
- 2009/12/21 Paris, France - This date marks the last show of tour, and reportedly the show in which Manson proposed to Evan Rachel Wood, during Devour Manson was seen handing a rose to Evan Rachel Wood stage left while singing the lyrics "And I'll love you, if you let me".

- 2006/10/31 Los Angeles, CA - This date marks the last performance with band mate, Madonna Wayne Gacy and the first performance of "This Is Halloween".
- 2008/08/15 Seoul, Korea - This date marks the live debut with band mate, Wes Borland.
