This page documents all songs that are often credited as performed by Marilyn Manson, Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids, or individual members of the band, but are actually performed by another band or artist.

"Another Brick in the Wall Pt. 2" is often credited as performed by Marilyn Manson. The song was in fact performed by a little-known band called Class of '99. It is a cover, originally written and performed by Pink Floyd in 1979.

"Believe"

"Believe" is oft credited as performed by Marilyn Manson during The Golden Age of Grotesque recording sessions. The song was in fact performed solely by Tim Skold, and was intended for his second solo album, which was never released. The song is legitimately part of Skold's Dead God EP (albeit a bootleg, seeing as how the album was not released).
