I understand what you are saying but although it has been copied, we have listed the source giving credit to Provider Module.

The issue is not credit, but this is a piece we worked very hard on and did not give permission for it be used on either sites. As one of the creators of the interview, i have the right to ask for it not to be used without permission. I don't mind excerpts, and linking back to the interview - but copying it directly from our page and hosting it here is not right. Thanks.
