Manson has made several cameo appearances in music videos, including him playing guitar for Nine Inch Nails video "Gave Up", destroying plates of famous rock stars alongside Trent Reznor in "Starfuckers, Inc.", as well as portraying a doctor in the Murderdolls' music video "Dead in Hollywood". He also appeared in Eminem's "The Way I Am" and more recently D'hask's Tempat Ku.

  • In "Gave Up," Manson is portrayed playing guitar and providing backing vocals in the video. This marks the debut of Manson into the public eye, as this is Manson's first music video appearance.
  • In "Starfuckers, Inc.," Manson portrays a blonde female who accompanies Reznor throughout the video, Smashing dinnerware featuring various rock stars from Fred Durst to Gene Simmons and even Manson himself. Also as Reznor throws albums into the toilet, Mechanical Animals is seen thrown in.
